We were required to pitch designs and ideas for a new way for Hiscox customers to choose their ideal insurance from any location with a simple interface that saved time and provided a straight forward way for customers to find policies suited them to the most minor of details.
Our solution also provided the customer with new and intuitive ways to manage their policies whilst on the move.
The app would work alongside the new site. This would provide both scheduled, date and location based notifications. These would alert the user to potential changes needed to a policy on their travel insurance, or even useful business reminders unrelated to their insurance policy, such as payment reminders.
The site and the app could also work as a hub for networking and the sharing of information and experiences.
