Boots.com ecommerce site

Hired by Splendid Unlimited to work in house at Boots in Beeston, Nottinghamshire.

Brought in as a UI designer, my job was to work alongside the in-house design & UX teams to design the brand new, responsive ecommerce site for Boots.

I arrived half way through the project, so the design principles had already been put in place.

Throughout my time there, the main tasks of our workstream were to put in place the finer points of the checkout & payment processes. As well as assisting others on navigation and other page layouts from time to time.

The main challenge with this project was to jump in to a fast moving project that had already been developed considerably and work with an in-house team that was new to Agile.

The key to this was communication and to ask questions and assist whenever needed to keep things moving.
