Solid State Supplies ecommerce site

Brought in by the agency Ballyhoo in Birmingham, their client Solid State Supplies needed a new website to sell their computing products.

The brief was to create a series of page templates for various content plus the homepage and then to plan out the e-commerce journey and pages.

With the brand and colours already defined, I had to come up with a corresponding style for the pages, using the curve from the logo accentuate the buttons and content cards, giving a consistent theme throughout the pages.

The biggest challenge was to provide a clear filtering system for the extensive list of products that were available for purchase. This was supported by the filtering ability within the navigation and the improved search functionality.

Since launching the site, the company are now known as Solsta and have a new modern brand that has added some bold and bright colours to the re-skin of the site.
